Returns
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Review the exclusions below to check if your order or item is eligible for a refund to your original payment method. A $10 restocking fee applies to returned items. Exchanges are free and must be completed within 14 days.

All sale or discounted items are final sale and may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Packages that are not received, lost, stolen, or damaged during transit cannot be replaced or refunded unless Order Protection has been purchased and a claim has been submitted and approved.
We do not offer exchanges for out-of-stock items. Additionally, returns are not accepted for sale/discounted items or gift cards.
Items damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return. Our lifetime warranty does not cover user damage, including scratches and accidental breakage.

Please note that packages missing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We closely monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns, exchanges, or refunds if we believe there has been misuse of our policy, such as excessive returns, return of empty packages, reseller activity, or fraud.
Ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately to correct it before the order is shipped.
Ritzy Ode is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers or for packages once they are with the carrier. If a package goes missing in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the carrier. For added protection, we offer optional order protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages. (idk about last sentence)}
